Local cuisine
Dinner combines authenticity and terroir, thanks to a minority barbecue menu prepared by the Chef, right in the heart of Torre Vella's vineyards. Grilled meats, fish and vegetables from the estate's organic kitchen garden are featured in a simple, fresh and delicious score of Mediterranean flavors. All accompanied by carefully selected wines, including those from the estate, to sublimate each dish and prolong the link between the land and the plate.
