In the intimacy of the patio, the menu evolves daily, according to arrivals from the finca's vegetable garden and carefully selected local produce. The cuisine is simple, generous and sincere: local charcuterie, vegetable planchas, oven-cooked fish from the fish market, brazier-roasted meats or the Chef's own take on caldereta de langosta.
A tribute to Menorca's culinary culture: the experience is conceived as an extension of the surrounding nature - raw, soothing, alive - in a place where time slows down.

In an intimate atmosphere amidst vineyards, olive groves and wild cliffs, this authentic restaurant offers a variety of settings: an open-air patio, a cocktail party perched on the cliffs, a large table in the vineyards or under the finca's vaulted roof. Siempreviva offers a timeless setting in Menorca for weddings, seminars, christenings, communions or birthdays.
